In 2014 During The Quadrennial General Council the National Family Life Education Department was formed by

the Presiding Bishop The Right Reverend Patrick L. Frazier Jr. and Pastor James H., Sr. and Margaret E. Neely were appointed by the Board of Bishops as the National Family Life Education (FLE) Directors. The appointment was given during the Thirty-First Quadrennial General Council (June 10-15, 2014) Fuller Normal School,
